About Brian 

I  have been in marketing my entire career, building brands and providing strategic marketing leadership in the food service, refreshments, retail, financial services and consumer marketing sectors.  A recent venture in entrepreneurship has given me  a much deeper knowledge and experience integrating marketing  with other aspects of business.

  • Operating partner of a multi-unit Krispy Kreme retail and wholesale franchises responsible for managing the business operations, retail stores and wholesale distribution business. Served on the Krispy Kreme National Marketing Council.

  • Group Vice President of Marketing  for ARAMARK, leading the $2.2B Business and Industry Group and Vice President of Refreshment Services.

  • Senior Vice President and Director of Client Services at LevLane Advertising/Public Relations/Digital. Managed key clients including Comcast Corporation, Santander Bank, Midas International, Rita’s Italian Ice, Life Care Services, The Philadelphia Zoo and the Philadelphia Airport.

  • ​Introduced Dunkin’ Donuts into office coffee channel with an exclusive ARAMARK partnership exceeding sales goal by over 200%

  • Developed advertising campaigns that resulted in double digit sales increases and improved sales force productivity by 24%

  • Led  annual strategic planning  that focused on maximizing services most profitable segments resulting in exceeding profit plan by 5%

  • Linked retail marketing efforts with execution and training of operating standards across 2,000 restaurants, decreasing costs, increasing customer participation and sales growth in excess of 5%

  • Developed and launched 1st & fresh Catering in Philadelphia, NY and Chicago

  • Instrumental in leading  national research study which linked the value of office refreshments with improved workplace productivity leading to a new value proposition and 43% sales growth

  • Created “The Complete Breaktime Experience” focused on service in a commoditized category

  • Designed new equipment, value proposition and sales strategy for AquaMark; a point-of use water filtration system resulting in expanding sales growth from $4M to $18.2M

  • Focused coffee strategy on single cup and premium brands resulting in industry leading sales in Starbucks, Green Mountain and Seattle’s Best brands. Placements grew from under 1,000 brewers to over 6,000 units

  • Published three white papers that positioned ARAMARK as thought leader on key industry issues resulting in increased visibility and new business
